专利说明:
[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to sliding gates and more particularly sliding gates driven by means of a rack device and more particularly to a sliding gate movable between an open position and a closed position, having a rack secured to the gate and serving as an interface between the gate and its drive means, and a device for adjusting and fixing the rack separate from the rack. STATE OF THE ART There are many embodiments of sliding gates equipped with racks used for driving the gate during its opening and closing movements. Generally, the racks are based on a drive device such as a gear wheel. To enable reliable operation of the drive mechanism of the gate, it is essential that the contact between the rack and its drive element be continuous and without interruption. For this it is known to use a mobile drive device and prestressed by a spring mechanism. This device may for example be a motor driving a gear output, the motor being slidably mounted along the vertical axis, below the rack whose teeth are oriented downwards. The spring mechanism pushes the motor against the rack, thus absorbing differences in height or inaccuracy of assembly of the rack. Such devices are relatively complex and expensive to manufacture and set up. Although they are more tolerant vis-à-vis inaccuracies rack mounting, such devices require complex and expensive settings in time during assembly of the drive device and its spring mechanism. Also known plastic racks made by injection and having oblong holes. These gauges allow height adjustment but not the adjustment of the space between the door and the rack. In addition, such racks are relatively fragile, the eyelets for fixing them being made of plastic. In case of wear, it is imperative to replace the entire rack. [0002] An object of the present invention is to provide a sliding gate equipped with a robust rack, inexpensive and easy to adjust with a large adjustment latitude. Another object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door whose cremailler can be replaced simply and quickly. DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION For this purpose, the present invention relates to a sliding gate movable between an open position and a closed position, a rack integral with the gate and serving as an interface between the gate and its means. drive and a device for adjusting and fixing the rack separate from the rack, characterized in that the device for adjusting and fixing the rack comprises a head forming a housing for a nut, extended by a branch 15 traversed d an oblong hole and a fixing bore under the oblong hole and receiving a fixing screw, a spacer sleeve, being fitted on an assembly screw of the rack and its device for adjusting and fixing the gate . According to an advantageous embodiment, the fastening screw is a self-tapping screw. This allows quick and easy locking of the adjusting and securing device. According to another advantageous embodiment, the adjustment and fixing device is a piece of metal, in particular a stainless metal or having received an anticorrosive treatment. This gives a robust and reliable adjustment and fixing device. According to another embodiment, the adjustment and fixing device is a piece of plastic material. This allows an economic realization of the adjustment and fixing device. According to another preferred embodiment, the crimper is made of metal, and preferably of a stainless metal or a metal which has been anticorrosive treated. This ensures a great durability of the portal. According to another embodiment, the rack is made of plastic. This allows economic realization 3028553 3 as well as a reduction of operating noise of the gate according to the invention. Drawings The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment of the sliding rack gate shown in the accompanying drawings. Thus: Figure 1 is a perspective view of a sliding gate according to the invention, Figures 2A and 2B are perspective views of the rack of the sliding gate according to the invention. DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a sliding gate 100 according to the invention. This partial view of the portal 100 shows the lower part of the portal. The gate consists of a lower crossbar 101 receiving bars 102. This lower crossbar 101 rests on a rail 104 via a support wheel 103. The support wheel 103 supports the weight of the gate 100 and allows the sliding of it. In the present exemplary embodiment, the support wheel 103 rolls on a rail 104, but this does not exclude other embodiments in which the wheel 103 or the support wheels would flow directly on the ground. . The lower cross member 101 receives a rack 10 for driving the gate 100. This rack 10 cooperates with a toothed wheel, and actuated by an electric motor also not shown. The rack 10 is fixed to the lower cross member 101 by means of a setting and fixing device 20 which will be described in more detail below. As shown in the figure and depending on the length of the gate 100, the rack 10 may consist of several rack members assembled edge to edge. FIG. 2A shows the rack 10 and its adjustment device 20 in front view, that is to say at an angle identical to that of FIG. 1. The adjustment device 20 consists of a head 21 and a branch 22 fixed to the rear part of the rack 10 by means of an assembly screw 40 and a nut 41. [0003] FIG. 2B is a rear view of the rack 10 and its adjusting device 20. The adjusting and fixing device 20 consists of a part having a head 21 and a branch 22. The head 21 comprises a housing 24 receiving the nut 41 of the adjusting device 5 and fixing 20 to the rack 10. Spacing sleeves 30 fitted on the assembly screw 40 of the adjusting and fixing device 20 allow, depending on their thickness, adjust the interval between the rack 10 and the cross 101 of the portal. It is thus possible to remedy any belly or surface irregularity of the sliding gate 10 and ensure, despite this irregularity or belly, good cooperation between the rack 10 and its drive element. The nut housing 24 preferably receives a standard hex nut 41. This housing 24 is a cavity opening on either side of the head 21. The rear part of the nut abuts on the lower cross member 101 of the tail gate 100, the whole being held by means of a screw assembly 40 whose head is accessible on the side of the rack 10 opposite the cross member 101. The lower part of the adjusting and fixing device 20 is formed by a branch 22 traversed by an oblong hole 23. The oblong hole 23 receives a set screw 60 of the tab 1 to the bottom rail of the gate. The lower part of the branch 22 has a bore 25 for locking the entire device to prevent undesired movement of the device 20 after mounting. The assembly of the rack and the device 20 according to the invention is generally carried out as follows: in a first step, bores in the low cross member 101 of the gate 100 are made at regular intervals. These holes may be made before the assembly of the portal 100 or once the portal 100 assembled. These bores are preferably made in the workshop before setting up the portal on site. However, it is possible to make these holes on a previously mounted gate and this, for example, to replace an existing rack by the rack 10 and its adjustment and fixing device 20 according to the invention. The device 20 is then assembled to the rack element 10 by means of an assembly screw 40 and a nut 41 placed in the nut housing 24 of the device 20. The adjusting devices and fastening 20 are distributed at intervals substantially corresponding to the gap between the holes in the lower cross 101 of the gate 100. Preferably at least two adjusting and fixing devices 20 per rack member 10 are provided. then sets up the rack 10 equipped with these adjustment and fixing devices 20 on the lower cross member 101 of the gate with adjusting screws 60 passing through the oblong hole 23 of the branch 22 and penetrating the holes made in the lower crossbar 101. The rack 10 is then adjusted in height over its entire length, that is to say for all the elements of the rack 10. This adjustment is made by sliding the adjustment and fixing device 20 by releasing the branch 22 by loosening its adjusting screw 60. It is thus possible to adjust both the height of the rack 15 10 and its inclination. Once these are adjusted, the branch 22 is tightened against the lower cross member 101 by means of the adjusting screw 60. Then, it is possible, if necessary, to adjust the distance of the rack 10 from the lower cross member 101 by choosing spacing sleeves 30 of appropriate thickness. [0004] Replacement of the spacer sleeves 30 is done in a simple manner by unscrewing the assembly screw 40 from the rack 10 and replacing the sleeve 30 with another sleeve of a more suitable thickness. The fastening screw of the rack 10 is then screwed on. The replacement of a spacer sleeve does not alter the height and inclination adjustment of the rack since the adjustment and fixing device 20 remains unscrewed. its location on the lower crossbar 101. It is then possible to perform opening and closing tests to check the correct alignment and the correct position of the rack 10. Once the position of the rack is judged 10, the position of the adjustment and fixing device 20 is blocked by making a hole through the lower bore 24 of the branch 22 of the adjusting and fixing device 20 in the lower cross member 101. A fixing screw 50 is then screwed into the lower cross member 101 through the lower bore 24 of the branch 22. [0005] This makes it possible to ensure the position of the adjusting and fixing devices 20. To facilitate assembly, a self-tapping screw is used as a fixing screw 50 which avoids the drilling of the cross-member 101. To replace a rack 10 worn or defective, 5 then simply unscrew the assembly screws 40 of the rack 10 to the adjusting device and fixing 20 and replace it. The adjustment and fixing device of the rack 10 is preferably made of metal and in particular of a stainless metal or treated against corrosion. The adjustment and fixing device made of synthetic material can also be produced. The rack 10 or the rack members may be made of metal and preferably of a stainless metal or treated against corrosion. It is also possible to make the rack 10 made of plastic material. This reduces the manufacturing costs and in some cases the operating noise.
